Sashti Balasundaram is the founder of We Radiate, a 501(c)3 organization that's committed to creating a greener world by improving waste management systems through technology, urban agriculture, and composting.


Sashti is an educator developing novel approaches to create technology and digital tools for mitigating climate impact and enhancing soil health. He is a certified Master Composter receiving accreditation from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. He is a graduate and holds a Public Health degree from Columbia University, New York.


Nicole and Sashti discuss the use of smart-sensor digital technology to enhance efficiencies with farms and compost facilities and why waste management and composting is important to fighting climate change.
